Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24-48 hours from the time that they are received, if received during our normal business hours. We do not ship orders on weekends and holidays.

Orders shipped to Canada via UPS Standard will incur Duties & Taxes and other applicable Government fees, that are payable at the point of pick-up. Please contact your local Customs office to determine what additional costs may be associated with your purchase. Customs’ fees have been known to cost as much as 20% to 40% of the purchase price of each item.

Sales Tax

Sales tax of 4.225% applies to purchases shipped within the state of Missouri (MO).

Returns

We hope that you love your K.Ferrara Color products! However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your product(s), along with the receipt, within thirty days of purchase. Please send us an email and we will let you know where to ship your return.

Please consider insuring your shipment. K.Ferrara Color Corporation is not responsible for items being returned to us that are lost in transit. Refunds will be made for the U.S. Dollar purchase price indicated on your receipt. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.
